Terms & Conditions

A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required to confirm a booking. Deposits can be paid through our secure online booking system on this web-page or by telephone with a debit or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% service charge.

Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of your arrival date to obtain a refund of your deposit (we reserve the right to pass on any bank charges). Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance of arrival will forfeit any deposit paid.

In the event of a no show an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. We would always recommend taking out Travel Insurance.

At Weekends and on bank holidays there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stays. However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.

Standard Check-in is from 2.30pm (14.30h) until 7.00pm (19.00h). We would kindly request that you let us know as soon as is convenient your intended arrival time.

Check out is 10.30am: an extended checkout may be available by arrangement.

Cranborne operates a no-smoking policy, a smoking area is available outside.

Due to the nature of the building, Cranborne is not really suited to smaller children, so we do not accept children under the age of 16.

Any damage to, or removal of Cranborne property will be chargeable and must be paid for in full. Replacement will be at current market values for that item.

Any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substance on check in will not be offered accommodation and will have their booking cancelled with no refund.

Unregistered Guests

All guests are required to register on arrival. Outside visitors are allowed by prior arrangement. Please ensure that they leave the building by 10pm. The management reserve the right to charge a fee of £35.00 per non-registered guest for any period beyond 10pm. Immediate payment will be required.

Pets

We don't accept pets, even though we love them. Sorry!

Parking

Due to the limited parking in the area, there are three car parking spaces to the rear of Cranborne, but we cannot guarantee on-site parking. There is additional on-street parking nearby or there are two car-parks within walking distance.
